Lisa Kern

Lisa has over 25 years of Rental and Sales experience in the Fountain Hills area.  Her professionalism, outgoing personality and passion for people allows her to build relationships that extend long after an escrow closes. Good old-fashioned hustle and her extensive real estate knowledge allows her to provide exceptional service to all our clients; Owners, Tenants, Buyers or Sellers.  Lisa is business partners with Meredith and is our Designated Broker.

Meredith Spring

Meredith has an extensive background in customer service and has a comprehensive understanding of the buying, selling and rental processes.  Her knowledge makes her an incredible resource to the team and her clients.  She takes pride in understanding individualized needs of her clients and takes the time to truly listen to what
they desire.  Meredith specializes in Sales and Property Management and coordinates all
listings and escrows. Lisa and Meredith work together to maintain our rental properties.

David Ribail

David has been assisting clients in buying,
selling and renting homes for over 10 years.  
He focuses on identifying and
exceeding clients’ expectations.  A talented photographer you can often find
David hiking local trails looking
for the perfect shot.

Roy Nickel

After thirty-two years working in education, Roy accepted an offer of early retirement. Since 1994, much of is time has been spent in Arizona, but still has a lot of friends and relatives in Illinois an a summer get away cabin in Wisconsin. Roy is entering his twenty -first year in Real Estate with Kern Realty.
